Part of my ongoing exploration of transformation and ambiguity, this pattern is built around the visual resemblance between mushrooms and jellyfish.
Corals merge with branches, fish appear among berries, and forest plants begin to resemble underwater organisms. As these elements intertwine, the distinction between woodland and ocean gradually dissolves, creating a world that exists somewhere between the two.
Through shifts in color and context, I wanted to explore how easily perception can change, transforming the same composition from a shadowy forest into an underwater landscape and back again.
