Pattern Illustration for the Cover of "Bad Graces" by Kyrie McCauley

I was invited by HarperCollins Publishing to create a pattern illustration for the book jacket of "Bad Graces" by Kyrie McCauley. It's a magical thriller about a group of girls whose yacht is wrecked off the coast of North America. The story is about their journey of understanding themselves and their relationship with the nature around them.

It was a fun and exciting journey to work on this illustration. The pattern I created is seamless, which means it can endlessly repeat itself on any surface and at any size. It works as an illustration when viewed up close, as well as a graphic structure at different scales.
